SHIPPING POLICY
Free shipping within the Netherlands.
Orders placed before 11pm will be shipped the next business day.
Orders placed before 12:00 will be shipped the same working day.
Delivery will be made via the courier company [DHL].
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return Policy
Return Policy Our company has a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to submit a return request.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused and in its original packaging.
It is also necessary to include a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Please note that we will not refund return shipping costs.

Return of goods
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
Non-returnable items Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings, or items that have been on sale or clearance.
